BD Nav is proud to be an active participant in the National Employer's Association of South Africa, NEASA's Youth Internship Program Work Integrated Learning Programs.
BD Nav, in partnership with NEASA Youth Development, has acted as a host employer to several students over the last two and a half years, assisting learners with on-the-job training and skills transfer. They have participated in both TVET Internship Programs and Graduate Programs, creating a platform for Interns to achieve their National Diploma and for Graduates to gain skill specialization and exposure.
Through the mentoring and coaching of the BD Nav Team, these students have been able to gain experience, broaden their knowledge and skills base, and increase their work capacity. This has contributed to the increase of future employment opportunities for these learners.
